Why we cut it this way

• Four-way stretch knit. We chose a soft, breathable fabric that bends easily with your movement. The opaque knit provides complete coverage during deep squats and forward folds while keeping you cool on warm days.
• High wide waistband. A broad, high-rise band sits flat against your middle without pinching or rolling down. The streamlined design keeps the fit steady whether you are stretching on the mat or walking the neighborhood.
• Deep side pockets. Spacious side pockets give you a secure place to slide your phone, cards, or key. They sit flush against the hip so your essentials stay put without adding unnecessary bulk.
