If it does not fit

If a pair arrives and the length or size is wrong, the return runs through the retail partner whose storefront you bought from. Their policy for the listing, shown at checkout, is the binding one; start from the order page in your account there and follow the steps.

We will not restate their windows or conditions here, because they can change on their side and a stale promise is worse than none. The storefront’s own pages are always the current version.

Our job is to make returns rare. It is why every listing here carries a length band next to the colour, why the specification block spells out sizes and pockets, and why the Find your inseam page exists at all. Two minutes with a tape measure before ordering beats any returns policy after.

If something we wrote steered you wrong, a band mislabelled, a spec that did not match the garment, we want to know at [email protected]. That is a catalogue defect, and we fix those.
